Supply Teacher
Location: Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire
Start Date: November 2026
Hours: Flexible, Part-Time, Full-Time, Term Time only
Salary: £140 – £170 per day
GSL Education is seeking a passionate, adaptable and dedicated Supply Teacher to work at a secondary school in Bridlington.

As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across different curriculum areas, including your specialist subject.
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learners.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Support students’ progress, confidence and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
The Ideal Supply Teacher:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Is flexible, reliable and confident adapting to different classroom environments.
- Has a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to supporting young people.
- Understands the importance of safeguarding and promoting students’ welfare.
