Job Title: Nursery Practitioner
Location: Blakley.
Position: Full-Time or Part-Time Temporary
Hours: ~ 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, rotas between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary: £14.25 - 16.83 per hour (dependent on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and energetic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our Nursery team in Blakey Nurseries. In this role, you will help create a safe, dynamic, and nurturing environment where young children can learn, play, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a Key Person for a group of children, tracking their individual development and milestones.

Plan and lead creative, engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Foster strong, positive partnerships with parents and carers through clear daily communication.

Ensure high standards of child safety, safeguarding, hygiene, and emotional well-being at all times.
What We Are Looking For

Qualifications: Full and relevant Level 2+ NVQ/Diploma in Early Years or Childcare equivalent.

Experience: Experience working in an early years setting with ages 0–5.

Knowledge: Sound understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
