What the ideal candidate would have
- A relevant Early Years qualification for a Early Years Practitioner, ideally Level 3 or above
- Ideally paediatric first aid
- Experience working within an EYFS setting as a Early years Practitioner
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- The ability to deliver engaging, play-based learning as a early years Practitioner
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young children
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset as a Nursery Practitioner
