GSL Education is looking for caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Assistants to join our friendly team and support nurseries across the local area. The Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will:
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years.
- Support children's social, emotional, and educational development through engaging activities.
- Create a warm, safe, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
- Work closely with nursery staff, parents, and carers to support each child's individual needs.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS guidelines at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Early Years/Childcare assistants.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, reliable, and caring approach.
- Someone who has at least 6 months experiance working with children.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
