GSL Education is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and committed Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Harlow on a full time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced primary teacher looking for a long term role from September through to the end of the academic year. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and purposeful lessons to a Year 4 class, creating a positive learning environment and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
The Role
- Teach a Year 4 class on a full-time basis.
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative and differentiated lessons.
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
- Maintain high expectations for learning, behaviour and achievement.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Follow school policies and contribute positively to the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
- Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school.
- Experience teaching KS2, particularly Year 4, is desirable.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Passionate about providing engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
- Reliable, organised and adaptable.
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
