Salary: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education South Yorkshire Branch are currently hiring a skilled and motivated Mathematics Teacher to work with a school in Doncaster. This is an opportunity to develop students' mathematical understanding, encourage logical thinking and help students approach challenging problems with greater confidence.
Responsibilities of a Maths Teacher:
- Plan and deliver structured Mathematics lessons.
- Explain mathematical concepts using clear and accessible methods.
- Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities.
- Use assessment to identify progress and areas for development.
- Encourage problem-solving, reasoning and independent thinking.
- Maintain positive behaviour and high expectations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support students' academic progress.
Requirements for the Maths Teacher role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential for the role.
- Strong subject knowledge and confidence teaching Mathematics.
- Previous school-based teaching experience, (Preferably as a Maths Teacher) is encouraged.
- Effective classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Ability to motivate pupils and create positive learning relationships.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
- A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
