Pay Rate: £92 - £99 per day (including rolled-up holiday pay)

About the Role
As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and school leaders to support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting pupils in Years 3 to 6 on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Delivering literacy and numeracy interventions
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
- Supporting children with additional learning needs where required
- Promoting positive behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment
- Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
- Helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their targets
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working with children in a school, childcare, youth work, or similar setting
- Be confident supporting learning within a classroom environment
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be patient, enthusiastic, and approachable
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Have a genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed
