Staff work collaboratively to promote positive behaviour, strong relationships and effective learning, creating a welcoming setting for both pupils and staff.
Responsibilities:
-
Provide classroom-based support to students across the school.
-

-

-
Assist students with SEN and additional learning needs.
-
Support cover supervision and lesson activities when required.
-
Use transferable coaching skills to encourage resilience, teamwork and positive behaviour.
-
Share relevant observations and feedback with teaching staff.
Requirements:
-
Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
-
A background in sports, coaching or fitness is advantageous.
-
Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
-
A calm, resilient and consistent approach to behaviour.
-
Confidence supporting students in a classroom environment.
-
Ability to motivate and engage young people.
