Location: Greater Manchester
Pay Rate: £95.00 – £100.00 per day (term-time only)
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
Contract Type: Temporary / Contract to Permanent
Are you looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in education? We are recruiting entry-level Teaching Assistants for vibrant primary, secondary, and SEN schools across Greater Manchester. No formal TA qualifications are required - just enthusiasm, patience, and a strong drive to support young people.
Role Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils needing extra academic or emotional help.

Assist the classroom teacher with activity setup and classroom management.

Work alongside SEN specialists to support children with diverse learning needs (autism, ADHD, SEMH).

Encourage active participation, build confidence, and help foster an inclusive learning environment.
What We Are Looking For

Experience working with children or young adults (e.g., care work, youth work, tutoring, sports coaching, or volunteering).

A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is desirable, but not essential.

Strong communication, adaptability, and emotional resilience.

A proactive approach and a genuine passion for working with children.
Requirements

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

Right to work in the UK.
