Salary: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract Type: Long-term / Temporary, Full-time / Part-time

Are you an enthusiastic Primary Teacher who enjoys helping children develop a love of learning? A welcoming primary school in Doncaster is looking for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team from September 2026.
About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and support pupils in reaching their full potential. You will plan and assess learning across the primary curriculum, adapt teaching to meet the needs of individual learners and create a positive classroom environment where children feel encouraged to succeed. Working alongside a supportive staff team, you will play a key role in pupils' academic, social and personal development.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.

Assess, monitor and record pupil progress.

Differentiate learning to meet the needs of individual pupils.

Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.

Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

Contribute to the wider life of the school where appropriate.

Maintain high expectations for learning, behaviour and achievement.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching within a primary school setting.

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

An enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.

Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
