Are you an experienced Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity?
We are seeking a dedicated and confident Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Barking, starting in September.
Position: Year 6 Teacher (Not Suitable for ECTs)
Location: Barking
Hours: Full-time
Contract: Long-term
Start Date: September 2026
Pay Rate: £160-£200 per day
This is an exciting opportunity to teach a Year 6 class, preparing pupils for their transition to secondary school while delivering engaging and high-quality lessons that inspire achievement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Experience teaching Year 6
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Ability to plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- A commitment to raising pupil attainment and supporting children's academic and personal development
- A valid DBS registered on the Update Service
- 2–3 professional references covering a minimum of 2–3 years of employment history
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- Proof of National Insurance
- Proof of address (dated within the last three months)
