Are you a passionate PE Teacher with strong behaviour management skills?
We are seeking a qualified PE Teacher for an SEMH school in Barnet, starting in September 2026.
Position: PE TeacherLocation: Barnet
Hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
Contract: Full-time / Short-term (with the potential to be extended)
Start Date: September 2026
Daily Rate: £160 – £260 per day
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching PE
- Previous experience working within an SEMH, PRU, Alternative Provision, or challenging behaviour setting
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students
- Confident delivering practical and theory-based PE lessons
- Able to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
- A valid DBS registered on the Update Service
- 2–3 professional references covering a minimum of 2–3 years of employment history
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- Proof of National Insurance
- Proof of address (dated within the last three months)
