Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming school in Redbridge from September.
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Redbridge
Hours: Full-time
Contract: Long-term
Start Date: September 2026
Daily Rate: £95–£120 per day
This is an exciting opportunity to support students with a variety of Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and other learning difficulties. Roles are available across both mainstream and specialist schools.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting students with SEN
- Experience supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Knowledge of a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting students
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A valid DBS registered on the Update Service
- 2–3 professional references covering a minimum of 2–3 years of employment history
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- Proof of National Insurance
- Proof of address (dated within the last three months)
