Pay Rate: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long-term

GSL Education South Yorkshire Branch are working with excellent schools in Sheffield to recruit Mathematics Teacher. We are looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic educators who can deliver engaging lessons, build pupils' mathematical understanding, and encourage them to achieve their full academic potential.
The Maths Teacher is going to make a lasting impact by delivering high-quality lessons, developing pupils' problem-solving abilities, and fostering confidence in applying mathematics to real-life situations.
Math Teacher Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons that meet curriculum requirements
- Assess, monitor, and record pupils' progress to inform future teaching
- Differentiate learning to support pupils with a range of abilities
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation
- Prepare pupils for internal assessments and external examinations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support pupil achievement
Math Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential
- Experience teaching Mathematics in a school setting
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
