Salary: £460 – £600 per week (depending on experience and qualifications)

Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping children learn, grow and achieve their best? A welcoming primary school in Doncaster is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026.
About the Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 to support pupils' learning and development. You will deliver targeted interventions, provide one-to-one and small group support, and help create an engaging classroom environment where every child has the opportunity to succeed. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on children's educational journeys.

Responsibilities:

Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classrooms.

Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions to help pupils achieve their learning goals.

Assist the class teacher with planning, preparing and delivering engaging learning activities.

Encourage positive behaviour and active participation during lessons.

Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.

Monitor progress and share relevant feedback with teachers where appropriate.
Requirements:

A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Previous experience working within a primary school is desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A caring, patient and proactive approach.

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

A genuine commitment to supporting children's learning and development.
