About the Role As the successful Level 3 TA, you will:

  • Support communication and language and personal, social and emotional development (PSED) throughout the school day
  • Provide high-quality interactions during continuous provision that extend children's vocabulary
  • Support individual learning programmes for named children under the direction of the EYFS Lead and class teacher

  • Provide personal care where required, in line with school policy

Why This School?

  • Strong, well-established EYFS and KS1 team
  • Focus on the Characteristics of Effective Learning — playing and exploring, active learning, creating and thinking critically
  • Structured approach to early writing, phonics and fine motor development in line with the current Writing Framework
  • Supportive leadership team who value staff development
  • Consistent routines and positive behaviour culture

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience — candidates on the Experience-Based Route welcome to apply)
