Supply Primary Teacher
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Salary: £130+ per day
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Casual, Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education Kent are currently recruiting passionate Supply Primary Teachers to support a welcoming primary school in Sittingbourne throughout the 2026/27 academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers seeking the flexibility of supply work while becoming part of a supportive and well-established school community.

As a Supply Primary Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary age range
- Adapt quickly to different classrooms while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment
- Differentiate lessons to meet the varying needs of pupils, including those with SEND
- Follow school policies and maintain accurate classroom records where required
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
To be considered for this Supply Primary Teacher role, you should:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have recent experience teaching within UK primary schools
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Be flexible, reliable, and confident teaching across different year groups
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Hold an Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
