Job Title: Math Teacher
Location: Doncaster
Pay: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long-term

GSL Education South Yorkshire Branch are recruiting Mathematics Teacher for amazing schools in Doncaster. We want a dedicated and enthusiastic educators who can deliver engaging lessons, foster logical thinking, and support pupils in developing a strong understanding of mathematical concepts.
This role is going to provide an excellent opportunity to inspire curiosity, strengthen analytical thinking, and help pupils achieve their academic potential through high-quality Mathematics teaching.
Maths Teacher Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
- Encourage logical reasoning, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum planning and pupil attainment
Math Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential
- Experience teaching Mathematics in a school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom teaching skills
- Ability to inspire pupils through engaging and well-structured lessons
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
