GSL Education is delighted to be working in partnership with an Outstanding secondary school in Southampton to recruit a talented Science Teacher for a full-time position starting in September. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with full planning, preparation and marking responsibilities. Whether your specialism is Biology, Chemistry or Physics, you'll become part of a highly supportive department committed to sharing ideas, collaborating and ensuring every teacher has the tools they need to succeed.

The Role
- Deliver high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan, prepare and assess engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and achievement.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners.
- Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback.
- Work collaboratively with an experienced and supportive Science department.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Science within a UK secondary school.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
- Is passionate about inspiring young people to achieve their full potential.
- Has strong curriculum knowledge and a commitment to high standards.
- Is organised, proactive and committed to delivering outstanding teaching.
