Location: Swale, Kent
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (37 hours per week)

As a School Business Manager / School Finance Professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial processes and ensuring the school's resources are managed effectively.

As a School Business Manager / School Finance Professional, you will:

  • Manage the school's day-to-day financial operations with accuracy and efficiency
  • Process financial transactions, budgets, and reporting using school finance systems
  • Work confidently with PS Financials (PSF) and ParentPay
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with school procedures
  • Liaise with senior leaders, staff, suppliers, and external agencies where required
  • Support the smooth and effective running of the school's business and finance functions

To be considered for this School Business Manager / School Finance Professional role, you should:

  • Have previous experience working within a school finance or school business management role
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of PS Financials (PSF) and ParentPay
  • Have experience using school finance software and financial management systems
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Possess strong communication and administrative skills
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
