Salary: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects, following school plans where provided and ensuring learning continues in the absence of the regular class teacher. You'll quickly build positive relationships with students, maintain high classroom standards and adapt confidently to different school environments. Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.

Follow lesson plans and ensure students remain engaged in learning.

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners.

Assess learning where appropriate and provide feedback to the school.

Build positive relationships with students and colleagues.

Uphold safeguarding procedures and contribute to a safe learning environment.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Previous experience teaching within secondary schools.

Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.

Strong communication and organisational abilities.

A flexible and professional approach to working in different school settings.

An enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.

Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
