Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Newcastle
Pay: £120–£160 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long-term

GSL Education Newcastle branch are keen to appoint a Primary Teacher to join amazing schools in Newcastle. We would like to hear from an enthusiastic and committed teacher who can deliver high-quality lessons, support pupil progress, and create positive classroom environments where children feel encouraged to learn.

Responsibilities of Primary Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
- Encourage curiosity, confidence, and active participation in lessons
- Work with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development
- Maintain strong behaviour management and safeguarding standards
Primary Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting is desirable
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methods
- Ability to motivate and support pupils of different abilities
- Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
