Job Title: Mathematics Teacher
Location: Doncaster
Pay: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long-term

GSL Education are looking to recruit a Mathematics Teacher to work within supportive educational settings in Doncaster. We are searching for a dedicated educator who can build students' confidence in mathematics, encourage analytical thinking, and deliver lessons that challenge learners of all abilities.
The Mathematics Teacher will inspire academic achievement while developing students' problem-solving skills and logical reasoning.
Math Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons that meet curriculum objectives
- Use a variety of teaching approaches to support learners with different abilities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to maximise achievement
- Encourage independent thinking and resilience when solving mathematical problems
- Prepare students for examinations through effective revision and targeted intervention
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
Maths Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Previous experience teaching Mathematics in a secondary school is desirable
- Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of the current curriculum
- Ability to motivate students and create an inclusive learning environment
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
