Pay: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a dynamic Physical Education Teacher to join amazing schools in Sheffield. We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher who can deliver engaging Physical Education lessons, promote healthy lifestyles, and encourage every student to achieve their personal best.
The PE Teacher is going to to motivate students through sport while supporting their physical development, wellbeing, and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons across a range of sports and physical activities
- Encourage participation, fitness, and healthy lifestyle choices among students
- Assess pupils' progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
- Organise and supervise practical activities while maintaining high health and safety standards
- Promote teamwork, resilience, and good sportsmanship both in lessons and extracurricular activities
- Contribute to school sporting events, competitions, and enrichment programmes where appropriate
PE Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience teaching Physical Education within a school environment is desirable
- Strong knowledge of the PE curriculum and safe delivery of practical activities
- Ability to motivate students of all abilities through inclusive teaching approaches
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills with strong organisational abilities
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
