The successful Qualified Teacher will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons that inspire pupils to achieve their full potential.
  • Be confident in adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of learners across a range of abilities, including pupils with additional needs.
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management and a genuine passion for education.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and support staff to promote positive outcomes for every child.
