Salary: £120–£150 per day (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities of the Trainee Teaching Assistant:

Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom.

Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.

Supporting pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.

Promoting positive behaviour and classroom engagement.

Building positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Helping to create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Assisting with playground duties and classroom activities where required.
The Ideal Trainee Teaching Assistant Will:

Have transferable experience from sectors such as youth work, coaching, care, mentoring or customer service (desirable).

Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
