• Specialist Training and Development – Enhance your expertise through ongoing CPD and SEND-focused learning.
• Supportive and Collaborative Environment – Work alongside dedicated professionals who share a passion for student success.
• Long-Term and Permanent Opportunities – Build a rewarding career within a growing specialist education sector.
Requirements:
• QTS, PGCE, QTLS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience working with students with SEMH needs, SEND, alternative provision or challenging behaviour.
• Excellent behaviour management and de-escalation skills.
• A trauma-informed, nurturing and student-centred approach.
• Strong communication, resilience and the ability to build positive relationships.
• A passion for raising aspirations, improving outcomes and helping every student reach their full potential.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school that places student wellbeing, inclusion and achievement at the heart of everything it does. If you are ready to inspire, motivate and make a genuine difference, we would love to hear from you.
