Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs? We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in Southend-on-Sea, starting immediately.
As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will work closely with the SENCO, support staff, therapists, and wider multidisciplinary teams to create a positive learning environment where every student can thrive.
The successful candidate will have strong classroom management skills, a nurturing approach, and a genuine commitment to supporting students with additional needs to achieve their full potential. Whether you are an experienced SEN Teacher or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into a specialist setting, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:
• QTS, PGCE, QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching students with SEND
• Strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• Passion for supporting students with additional needs
