Job Title: Mathematics Teacher
Location: Doncaster
Pay: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long-term

GSL Education are seeking a Mathematics Teacher to join ambitious schools in Doncaster. We would like to hear from an enthusiastic educator who can inspire confidence in Mathematics while helping students develop strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

The Mathematics Teacher role provides an opportunity to support academic achievement while encouraging students to apply mathematical thinking in a range of real-world contexts.

Responsibilities of Math Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with curriculum requirements
  • Support students in developing numerical fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Differentiate learning activities to meet a range of learning needs and abilities
  • Assess progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
  • Encourage participation and build confidence in mathematical understanding
  • Create a positive and focused classroom environment that supports learning

Requirements for Maths Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Mathematics is desirable
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of mathematical concepts
  • Ability to explain complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Excellent communication, planning, and classroom management skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
