Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Doncaster
Pay: £460–£650 per week (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long-term

GSL Education are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join welcoming educational settings in Doncaster. This role would suit a supportive and enthusiastic individual who can work alongside teaching staff to encourage student engagement, reinforce learning, and contribute to a positive classroom environment.
The Teaching Assistant has an excellent opportunity to support students' academic and personal development while gaining valuable experience within education.
Responsibilities of TA:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities
- Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning objectives
- Encourage confidence, participation, and positive learning behaviours
- Assist with preparing classroom resources and learning materials
- Help maintain a safe, organised, and inclusive learning environment
- Provide additional support to students where required throughout the school day
Requirements for TA:
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- Patient, adaptable, and supportive approach to learning support
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
