A brand-new SEN school is searching for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to become a positive influence in the lives of young people who require additional support.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Building meaningful relationships with students.
  • Supporting pupils through challenging moments.
  • Implementing behaviour support plans.
  • Promoting positive choices and emotional wellbeing.
  • Working closely with teaching staff and parents where required.

Please note: Personal care responsibilities will form part of the role. Strong behaviour management skills are essential, alongside the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Candidates with experience in mentoring, youth work, sports coaching, care or education are encouraged to apply.

This role offers the opportunity to secure a permanent position within a growing specialist setting.
