Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Sheffield S5
Salary: Up to £220 per day
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time, Flexible / Day-to-day / Long-term
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, supporting pupils of varying abilities to make strong progress. You will be responsible for creating a positive classroom atmosphere where children are motivated, challenged and supported to achieve their best.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum

  • Assess, track and report on pupil progress

  • Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment

  • Differentiate learning to meet individual pupil needs

  • Promote positive behaviour and a love of learning

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

  • Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching within a primary school setting

  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum

  • Confident classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils

  • Professional, adaptable and committed approach
