Job Title: Key Stage 2 Teacher
Location: Barnsley
Salary: Up to £220 per day
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role:
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging lessons that inspire learners and support academic progress. You will foster a positive classroom culture, encourage pupil participation and help prepare students for the next stage of their education.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum

  • Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress

  • Create a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment

  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils

  • Promote positive behaviour and strong learning habits

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers

  • Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching within a primary school setting

  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum

  • Effective classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
