Job Title: Mathematics Teacher
Location: Doncaster
Pay: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long-term

GSL Education are looking to appoint a Mathematics Teacher across ambitious schools in Doncaster. We are seeking a dedicated teacher who can make mathematical concepts accessible, engaging, and relevant for learners of all abilities.

The Mathematics Teacher role provides an excellent opportunity to inspire analytical thinking, strengthen numerical understanding, and support students in achieving their academic potential.

Maths Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in line with curriculum requirements
  • Encourage logical reasoning, problem-solving, and numerical fluency
  • Differentiate learning activities to meet varying student needs and abilities
  • Assess progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
  • Create a positive classroom environment that promotes participation and confidence
  • Support students in applying mathematical concepts to real-world situations

Math Teacher Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Mathematics is desirable
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of mathematical concepts
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and effectively
  • Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
