Job Title: Math Teacher
Location: Sheffield
Pay: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long-term

GSL Education are seeking a Mathematics Teacher to work across schools in Sheffield. We would like to hear from a knowledgeable and engaging educator who can make mathematical concepts accessible while encouraging students to develop problem-solving and analytical skills.
This role serves as an excellent platform to influence student achievement, helping learners build the knowledge and confidence needed for future success.
Maths Teacher Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons that meet curriculum objectives
- Break down complex concepts into clear and manageable learning steps
- Encourage logical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Assess student progress and provide targeted feedback to support improvement
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet different learning needs and abilities
- Create a positive classroom environment that promotes participation and achievement
Math Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Mathematics is desirable
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of mathematical principles
- Ability to engage students through creative and effective lesson delivery
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
