Job Title: Early Years Teacher
Location: Sheffield
Pay: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long-term

GSL Education are seeking an Early Years Teacher to work across schools in Sheffield. We desire a creative and nurturing educator who can inspire curiosity, encourage exploration, and support children during a crucial stage of their development.
The EYT role offers a valuable chance to shape children's early learning experiences while helping them develop confidence, communication skills, and a love for learning.
Early Years Teacher Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of young learners
- Create a stimulating environment that supports learning through play and discovery
- Encourage children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Early Years Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching within Early Years settings is desirable
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning practices
- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
