Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Secondary)
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £460 – £600 per week
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students across a range of subjects and year groups. You will provide classroom assistance, targeted interventions and encouragement to help students remain engaged, confident and successful in their learning.
Responsibilities:

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities

Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning

Help maintain a positive and focused classroom environment

Encourage student participation, confidence and independence

Provide additional support for pupils with varying learning needs

Assist with preparing learning resources and classroom materials

Monitor student progress and share feedback with teaching staff
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
A positive, proactive and flexible approach

Ability to build effective relationships with students and staff

Good organisational and teamwork skills

A genuine interest in supporting education and student development
