Job Title: Physical Education teacher
Location: Doncaster
Pay: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long-term

GSL Education are currently recruiting a PE Teacher to deliver active and engaging learning experiences in Doncaster. We are looking for a motivated professional who can encourage participation, develop sporting skills, and promote healthy lifestyles.
The Physical Education teacher role provides an opportunity to influence student wellbeing while fostering determination, discipline, and confidence through physical activity.
Responsibilities of the PE Teacher role:
- Lead a variety of sports, fitness, and physical education activities
- Encourage participation and help students achieve their individual goals
- Develop teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship through practical sessions
- Organise activities that challenge students and build physical confidence
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to support improvement
- Promote safe practice and positive attitudes towards health and wellbeing
Requirements for the PE Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience delivering Physical Education lessons and sporting activities
- Strong knowledge of sports coaching, fitness, and physical development
- Ability to motivate students with different interests and ability levels
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
