Job Title: Computer Studies Teacher
Location: Doncaster
Pay: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long-term

GSL Education are currently recruiting a Computer Studies Teacher to deliver technology-focused learning in Doncaster. We are looking for a confident and creative professional who can help students understand computing concepts through practical, engaging lessons.

The Computer Studies Teacher role offers the opportunity to equip students with practical digital skills while encouraging creativity, innovation, and technological awareness.

Responsibilities of the CS Teacher:

  • Deliver engaging lessons covering computing, digital literacy, and technology-based topics
  • Support students in developing coding, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Introduce learners to real-world applications of technology and computing
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to help students achieve their goals
  • Adapt lesson content to meet different learning needs and abilities
  • Promote safe, responsible, and effective use of technology

Requirements for the CS Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Computer Studies, Computing, or related subjects
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and computing concepts
  • Ability to explain technical topics in a clear and engaging manner
  • Effective communication, planning, and classroom management skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
