Job Title: Geography Teacher

A range of secondary schools in Worksop are seeking a passionate and adaptable Geography Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, supporting students in developing strong geographical knowledge and understanding of the world.

About the Role:
As a Geography Teacher, you will deliver well-planned and engaging lessons across a range of topics including physical and human geography. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of behaviour, supporting student progress and ensuring learners remain motivated and challenged throughout their studies.
Responsibilities:

Deliver Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4

Plan and present engaging and accessible learning activities

Assess, monitor and track student progress

Maintain strong classroom behaviour management

Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners

Support students in developing exam skills and subject knowledge

Contribute to a positive and structured learning environment
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable)

Experience teaching Geography in a secondary school setting

Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills

Confident, organised and professional approach

Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying abilities

Reliable and committed attitude to teaching
