Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Sheffield S5
Salary: Up to £220 per day
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time, Flexible / Day-to-day / Long-term
Start Date: Immediately

A number of primary schools in Sheffield S5 are seeking committed and adaptable Primary Teachers to deliver high-quality teaching across KS1 and KS2.

About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum. You will support pupils in their academic and personal development, ensuring they remain motivated, confident, and actively involved in their learning. This role offers variety and the opportunity to work across different year groups depending on school needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2

  • Assess, track, and support pupil progress

  • Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment

  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils

  • Work collaboratively with support staff and school leadership

  • Maintain strong behaviour management in line with school policies

  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach

  • Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
