At GSL Education Leicester, we are seeking capable and motivated Primary Cover Supervisors to work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools, covering EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

✅ The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning when teachers are absent.
You will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS to KS2
- Lead the classroom with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain a positive, well-managed learning environment
- Keep pupils engaged, motivated, and making progress
- Adapt your approach to suit different ages, abilities, and needs
- Support pupils with SEN and EAL requirements
- Provide clear feedback to teaching staff
This role goes beyond supervision—you’ll be actively contributing to pupil development, confidence, and progress.

✅ What We’re Looking For
- A degree or Level 3 qualification (e.g. CACHE, TA qualification)
- Experience working with children or young people
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Confidence leading a classroom independently
- A flexible, proactive, and professional approach
Desirable:
- QTS / PGCE
- Experience across multiple key stages
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Experience supporting SEN or EAL learners
