Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Barnsley
Salary: Up to £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Long Term/Day-to-Day

Key Responsibilities of a Maths Teacher:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Mathematics lessons across Key Stages.
  • Support students in developing their understanding of mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.
  • Differentiate teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance achievement.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and confidence.

Requirements for a Maths Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
