Job Title: Geography Teacher
Location: Worksop
Salary: Up to £220 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-Time/Part-time, Long Term/Day-to-day

Key Responsibilities of a Geography Teacher:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Geography lessons across Key Stages.
  • Inspire curiosity about the environment, cultures, and global issues.
  • Promote critical thinking, map skills, and investigative learning.
  • Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and extracurricular activities.

Requirements for Geography Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Geography at secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Geography.
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
