Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Sheffield S5
Salary: Up to £220 per day
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time, Flexible / Day-to-day / Long-term
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, supporting pupils of varying abilities and helping to raise attainment. You will create a positive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, progress and confidence in learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging primary lessons in line with curriculum expectations

  • Assess, monitor and track pupil progress effectively

  • Differentiate learning to meet individual pupil needs

  • Maintain strong behaviour and classroom management standards

  • Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment

  • Work collaboratively with support staff and colleagues

  • Provide clear feedback to support pupil development

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching within a primary setting is desirable

  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills

  • Ability to inspire and engage young learners

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
