About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain continuity of learning across a range of subjects. This position offers the flexibility to work in different school settings while gaining valuable experience and making a positive impact on students' education.
Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Maintain a calm, structured and supportive classroom environment

Support student engagement and learning throughout lessons

Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines

Report any concerns to relevant staff where necessary

Ensure continuity of learning during staff absence
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable)

Experience working in secondary school settings
-
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
-
Confident, flexible and professional approach
-
Ability to adapt to different subjects and school environments

Reliable and consistent availability
