Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Secondary)
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £460 – £600 per week
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support learning across a range of subjects. You will assist individual students and small groups, helping to improve engagement, confidence and progress. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to students' educational experiences while working as part of a supportive school team.
Responsibilities:

Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery

Provide targeted support to individual students and small groups

Encourage positive participation and engagement in learning

Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources

Help maintain a focused and inclusive classroom environment

Monitor student progress and communicate feedback to teaching staff
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A positive, patient and proactive approach

Ability to build effective relationships with students and staff

A genuine commitment to supporting education and student development
