The Role - Pastoral Lead
GSL Education is seeking to appoint a dedicated, highly motivated and talented Pastoral Lead to join our team. You will be at the heart of our mission to ensure that every pupil is known, supported and empowered to succeed, removing barriers and leading on positive behaviour and wellbeing across the school.

2. About the role:
You will manage a caseload of pupils, lead on behaviour and reintegration, work closely with families and external agencies, and help shape the culture and ethos of our school. Your work will have a direct impact on removing barriers to learning and supporting pupils to reach their full potential.
