Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Uxbridge – September Start
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our welcoming schools in Uxbridge & West London areas from September. This is an excellent opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development within a positive and inclusive learning environment.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to help pupils access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. The successful Learning Support Assistant will provide one-to-one and small group support, assist with classroom activities, and contribute to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or within a similar support role
- Strong, clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and responsible behaviour management skills.
- A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to supporting young people
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
