Midday Meal Supervisor
Location: Redbridge
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:30am – 2:00pm (Term Time Only) and Ad-Hoc
Pay: £14-£15 per hour
Contract: Temporary

A welcoming primary school in Redbridge is seeking a compassionate, energetic and reliable Midday Meal Supervisor to join their team. This rewarding role involves supporting children aged 4–11.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pupils during lunchtime and break periods
- Support children while eating, including feeding where required
- Encourage positive play and social interaction during outdoor activities
- Provide additional classroom support when required
- Promote positive behaviour and support pupils with varying needs
- Follow all safeguarding, health and safety procedures
The Ideal Candidate
- Patient, caring and proactive
- Experience working with children with SEND, particularly Autism
- Comfortable supporting personal care needs
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Good understanding of safeguarding and school health & safety practices
- Previous Midday Meal Supervisor experience is desirable
- SEND Teaching Assistant experience is highly desirable
